Your Customers Need This
Why health and marriage hold the secret to unlocking amazing customer relationships
If you want a healthy marriage, first, you need to treat your spouse well.
Put their needs first, check in on them often, make sure you’re going out on regular dates, and always be thinking how you can make their life better. By putting your spouse first, you create attraction. Selflessness is magnetic.
Customer relationships are the same way.
You want to grow your business? Put your customers first.
If your business can focus on solving the problems of your customers, then it will thrive. Check in on them, make sure you are getting regular one-on-one face time, and always be thinking about how you can make their life better. This attitude is attractive.
Your customers need your business to be healthy.
But you can only focus on your customers when you no longer need to focus on yourself.
If your business is constantly strapped for cash, just one hiccup away from going out of business, then it is very difficult to even have the capacity to care deeply about anyone else.
Financial stress accounts for 37% of marriage divorces in the United States which comes as no surprise for those who have experienced extreme financial stress themselves.
When money pressure has been relieved, we are free both mentally and emotionally to turn our attention to others and invest more of ourselves into our relationships. This is as true in business as it is in marriage.
Profit is the doorway to deeper and stronger customer relationships, which directly correlates to long-term business growth.
