Use It Or Lose It

Before you start laying people off, try this instead...

Time to get trashy.

The Pandemic really forced innovation. For many businesses, it was a struggle just to survive.

In my town, local bars and restaurants were definitely in that camp.

One hospital group farmed out their employees for lawn care and trashcan cleaning, just to keep them employed. It gave them something to do, and a way for the community to support the businesses (while also getting value in exchange).

You don’t need to be in a pandemic to have this mentality.

If your team has down time, that can be used either to help your current business or dream up a new way for them to be useful.

Reuse before you reduce.

Onward and upward,
