The Good Kind Of Problems

If you hit a home run with marketing, this is your next pitfall

Are you ready?

If you hit a home run with your marketing campaign, be ready to service your new leads.

It’s an easy mistake to make.

A lot of business owners have a constant craving to drive leads to the business. That is often the simplest path to profit, but it can make your business more complex in a hurry if you’re not careful.

First in sales, then in operations.

If you have the faucet turned wide open to produce leads, and you don’t have a Customer Relationship Management system, or CRM, you’re doomed to waste money.

CRM systems are really the only modern way to manage new contacts and convert them to sales.

Make sure you have a CRM and the staffing to actually connect people with your business once they show interest.

And then, make sure your team and operations are dialed in to handle the new business.

Get ready to rumble!

Onward and upward,
