The Cloning Machine

Taking this trail can double your impact (and net worth) in one single move

Growing ain’t easy.

It takes a lot of inertia to grow a business.

In real day-to-day terms: that means you spend your time, your attention, and your money.

Once you have figured out a business that works pretty well in your area, one move to grow (and become more profitable) is to run the same playbook in another part of town, or another town altogether.

But there is another way too…

Instead of a DIY journey, you can buy VIP access to a shortcut trail. How do you do that? By buying a similar business in another area.

Expanding your geographic footprint by acquiring a business in a new area is a fantastic growth strategy, and both businesses typically benefit.

It’s like having a cloning machine.

You will immediately have double the intel, supplier relationships, negotiation leverage, systems and processes, and customer base.

Look for a business that is strong where you are weak, and vice versa.

If you play it right, both businesses will benefit tremendously from each other, making it a hit right off the bat.

And in the long run, there isn’t a stronger way to become more profitable.

Onward and upward,
