Revenue While You Sleep

One change to your business that creates value out of thin air

There might be profit hiding right in your own facility.

Most business locations are not being used 24/7, and down time is lost opportunity.

Do you have commercial equipment that other businesses could use? If so, you’re probably not using that equipment all the time. Most business equipment goes unused 2/3 of the time, and that’s a missed opportunity.

Is there extra space in the warehouse? If you have a loading dock, you can absolutely rent some floor space out to another business that ships bulk product on palettes.

What about special permitting, like a commercial kitchen with health permit? With Door Dash and Uber Eats changing the game, there’s a huge opportunity to turn your restaurant into a ghost kitchen after hours.

How about a parking lot? I have seen businesses rent out their parking lots to become swap meets, drag racing strips, carnivals, churches, and even circuses.

You might be able to rent out your space during off-hours. The more rare, expensive, and difficult your space is to get into, the more valuable it is to others.

What have you been missing out on?
