Feet And The Peak

Don't lose sight of where you are, and where you're going

It’s about balance.

When you are hiking a trail there are times that you need to watch your step…Rocks, ruts, roots, and ridges can turn a leisurely hike into a medical emergency.

But if you spend the entire hike staring at your feet you will miss the things that matter.

Scenic views and memorable moments with fellow hikers are what it’s all about.

The same is true in your Profit Hiker journey.

There are times when you need to watch your steps and be focused on tactical micro-movements to avoid a catastrophic injury.

But don’t forget to gaze at the peak. That is your destination.

Any time the trail allows for it, take your eyes off your feet and look around.

A successful hike requires both micro and macro perspectives, and also has a regular cadence of switching between the two.

Eyes on your feet, then eyes on the peak. Rinse and repeat.

Onward and upward,
