Door Number One Or Two?

If you've hit a ceiling, ask yourself these 2 questions to expand your reach

There are many ways to pivot your business.

Whether you feel like you have hit a ceiling, or you’re just looking for a new frontier – here are 2 questions I like to ask business owners to expand their reach, without even changing their offering:

1. Who would love your product that doesn’t know you exist?

Could you appeal to an audience that is older, younger, more urban or suburban, a different gender, race, political affiliation, or location than your current audience?

2. Can you go from retail to wholesale (or vice versa)?

If you have a “Business To Consumer” (B2C) retail business: could you go “Business To Business” (B2B) and become a wholesaler?

On the flip side, if you are already B2B, could you become B2C and sell direct to the end customer?

Expand your thinking, then expand your audience.

Onward and upward,
