AI is all the rage, but whatever you do... don't make this mistake

People aren’t robots.
Your business likely has many opportunities to streamline systems, tasks, environments, and processes.
Optimization is simply that.
But don’t remove the humanity from this process. Your team is your talent, and they are not robots.
Lean on the people who do the work you’re looking to optimize, because they will be your best insight into where every friction point is.
Do this by asking them questions about what frustrations they have, what opportunities they see, and what ideas they have to make things better.
Stay humble, don’t make assumptions, be curious, embrace empathy, and you’ll be surprised at what you find.
