Buy This Shortcut

You don't always have to hike where other people are...

Immediate value in one move.

One way to grow your business (and profit) in one stroke of the pen is to buy a similar business.

It’s a tricky move, and there are plenty of ways a deal like this can go wrong, but if you are diligent, detail-oriented, and careful about how you merge them, it can be an amazing way to unlock the next level for you.

And if you play it smart, you can make both businesses immediately valuable.

If you buy right.

Here’s how you do that…

Identify areas that you are strong and weak in and look for businesses to buy that are the opposite.

For example:

  • If you have a strong brand, look for good businesses that could use branding help

  • If you’re really good at operations, look for a business that has great sales despite itself

  • If you have a marketing machine, buy a business that is word-of-mouth only

  • If you have additional products or services, then you can immediately cross sell from the new business

Is it time to buy a business like yours?

Onward and upward,
