Build A "Win Machine"

A system is anything that creates repeatable improvement.

Goal Guru Jon Acuff calls a system a “win repeater”.

I like the term “win machine”.

Systems don’t have to be complicated. Packing your lunch so you don’t eat junk food is a system. Setting your clothes out the night before is a system. Moving money into savings before paying bills is a system.

In your business, a new system could be simple as well. An investment into time management or project management software for your team is a great systemic improvement.

Or a new system might simply be printing out invoices, so you don’t forget to pay them on time because they got lost in your inbox purgatory.
